CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your time and ours. To keep our schedule fair for all clients and to honor our stylists’ time, Perpetual Growth maintains a strict 72-hour policy for all appointments. 1) 72-Hour Notice Required Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled start time. If you cancel/reschedule 72+ hours in advance: no penalty If you cancel/reschedule within 72 hours: fees apply (see below) 2) Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments (deposit amount may vary by service). Deposits do apply toward your service total when you arrive on time and receive the service. Deposits are not transferable to another person. 3) Late Cancellations / Late Reschedules (Within 72 Hours) If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment: Your deposit is forfeited, and You may be charged up to 50% of the remaining service balance (especially for long appointments and/or specialty services). 4) Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows If you cancel the same day, do not show up, or arrive too late to be serviced: You will be charged 100% of the service price (or the remaining balance if a deposit was paid). Future bookings may require full prepayment. 5) Late Arrivals Please arrive on time (not early—unless instructed). A 10–15 minute grace period may be offered depending on the service. If you are late beyond the grace period, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation/no-show, and fees will apply. 6) Emergency Situations We understand life happens. If there is a true emergency, contact us as soon as possible. Emergency exceptions are rare and are approved at management’s discretion and may still require a rebooking deposit. 7) How to Cancel or Reschedule All cancellations/reschedules must be made through: Your booking confirmation link, or The business text/phone number listed on your confirmation message, or Your client portal (if available) Social media DMs are not accepted as official cancellation notice. 8) Agreement to Policy By booking with Perpetual Growth, you confirm that you have read and agree to this 72-Hour Cancellation & Reschedule Policy, including any fees associated with late changes.
